Zara Sale
I went in town a few days ago and decided to go in Zara to see if they still had sales on :). To my surprise, they still had a lot of stuff on sales...plus nice stuff which usually by end of January there is only the not very nice stuff left!
I tried a few peplum tops (I do have an obsession with peplum garments) but it was a shame that some of them were far too big for me :(! I ended up buying a peplum jacket and some studded ankle boots ( see below for photos). The peplum jacket was actually a size L but does not look too big haha as they did not have any other smaller sizes left :(!

I did mention in some of my other posts that I would go into more detail about my diet/ what I eat. Actually, I would not really call it a diet as I am not doing it in the purpose of 'dieting' although dieting does not always mean you want to lose weight! I would say its a lifestyle you chose, you do it for a reason and my reason is so in the long-run I will be healthy...we need to start thinking about when we will become old-although it is a bit sad...!
I do get shocked when I go food shopping and I see so many people buying soo much junk food..from Coke to ice creams...etc! Some people think I exagerate, well, I do sometimes eat chocolate or a cake but then again you cannot do this everyday or three times a day like some people do. The body requires natural food, packed with vital nutrients and minerals that the body actually needs and will benefit from! I detest it when people think my only reason behind eating healthy is because I dont want to put on weight! It is actually because I care about my body and I eat what we are actually supposed to eat, instead of chemically processed food that will lead to health problems.
I know this because there was a year when I was living of small quantities of food packed with sweeteners- how wrong was I, thought this would be 'good' and would make me 'thin'. Well, Im thinner now, im eating more but the difference is that I am eating healthy. In addition, I also had bad stomach problems due to eating all those processed foods...funny the doctors did not even tell me that it might of been that, had to figure it out myself.
Well, anyway...I am posting a photo of a dish I made last night :). It was really nice and my boyfriend also enjoyed this dish. I mostly used vegetables (as you can see from the photos) such as tomatoes, carrots, peppers, bean sprouts and I used Quinoa. To add some flavour I bought this Chinese spicy sauce (guess not THAT healthy but I will need to start making my own sauces ONE DAY!). This is a good recipe to even take to work/school as it is healthy, filling and tastes really nice!
Benefits of Quinoa:
- Protein rich food
-Twice fiber than most other grains
-Contains iron
-Contains lysine- tissue growth & repair
-Rich in magnesium
-High in riboflavin(B2) helps energy metabolism within brain and muscle cells
-High content of maganese- antioxidant

Estee Lauder- VitaChlorella Plus Soap
I have used Estee Lauder products since a few years ago when a friend mentioned that I was already getting fine lines around my eyes. It actually shocked me as at the time I was 21-22 and at that age I felt as if I would never be getting wrinkles!
So I took her advice and went to buy my first Estee Lauder products, I think it must of been moisturisers and the night repair eye cream- which I do absolutely recommend! (Will write reviews on this products in the next couple of weeks)
I have only bought the Estee Lauder VitaChlorella Plus Soap around 3-4 months ago when I was purchasing their products and the Sales Assistant recommended me the soap to achieve flawless skin. What made me purchase it was when she said it was made of algae's and they use such products in Japan....Japanese girls usually have amazing skin!
This soap has definitely improved my skin and I would totally recommend it, especially if you have acne and pores. It really does clean the skin and the ingredients are a lot more natural than other products. When you use it you will notice that mixing it with water it converts into a soft and creamy foam that cleanses skin really well. However, the soap is not cheap, here in Switzerland it costs around 45 CHF but I still think its worth every penny!

Chlorella is a microscopic plant that grows in fresh water, it's a single celled algae. It has apparently been in existence for two-billion years. It contains a massive array of nutritional element: vitamins ( all known B vitamins including B12, C & E), macrominerals, trace minerals, essensial fatty acids, protein, nucleic acids (RNA & DNA), chlorophll & a vast spectrum of phytochemicals.
What the soap does:
-Cleanses skin
-Softer skin
-Minimises spots/acne
-Provides skin with vital moisture and nutrients

Hair extensions
I am addicted to hair extensions, I used to wear keratin hair extensions for a few years but then I realised how much they damaged my own hair! I have always had thick and healthy hair until I dyed my hair really blonde which made me make the decision of going brunette 1 and half yr ago. I have since changed my hair colour so many times, I used to use L'oreal Casting Creme Gloss :) so I had to always dye my hair extensions to match my hair colour!
I have currently dark to lighter hair colour, however, I am getting bored of this colour...uhm opinions? Im thinking of getting blonder bits at the end of the month although the problem is the hair extensions- even if they are 100% human hair I cannot dye them lighter :/!
Below I put photos of my hair without hair extensions and then with them...guess there is a difference!
